Media Gateway Controller (MEGACO/h.248)

We implement the 3015 RFC. This protocol is the heart of next generation network (NGN). We implement MEGACO/H.248 signaling protocol. This implementation allows multi-call and multi-connection scenarios where any number of Media Gateways (MGs) also called Residential Gateway (HONT) can simultaneously connect to the Media Gateway Controller (MGC). Multiple Media Gateways (MGs) can connect to one MGC via fiber network. We implement call establishment, call-waiting, and call-release scenarios by employing a complete set of MEGACO/H.248 signaling commands. We also implement voice transmission using packets encoded with the Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP)
